SentinelALGO™ Sentrix Engine
Subscription Agreement

1. Service Overview

The Sentrix Engine is a private, algorithmic trading indicator and signal framework integrated with TradingView and constitutes the central component of SentinelALGO™ productline. Upon subscription, users gain access to invite-only TradingView scripts that deliver real-time and historical market signals, automation-ready alerts, and performance overlays.

2. Access & Delivery

• Access is granted via your TradingView username, submitted at the time of checkout or in a post-purchase confirmation form.

• Scripts are delivered via TradingView's invite-only indicator system within 24 hours of successful payment.

• You must have an active TradingView account (free or paid) to use the Sentrix Engine.

 

3. License Terms

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Sentrix Engine scripts on one (1) TradingView account.

• You may not copy, share, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the tools or associated logic in any form.

• Use is limited to personal or internal purposes only unless otherwise licensed.

 

4. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

• Prices are listed clearly at checkout and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via contacting info@sentinelalgo.com, effective before the next billing cycle.

 

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only issued for technical issues that cannot be resolved within 7 days of purchase.

• No refunds are provided for partial use, user error, or TradingView-related limitations.

• Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@sentinelalgo.com.

 

6. Platform & Support

• The Sentrix Engine is designed exclusively for TradingView. Compatibility with third-party brokers is achieved via TradingView alerts and webhook support.

• Software updates and notices will be posted via email or the official website.

 

7. Disclaimers

• The Sentrix Engine is a research and informational tool. It does not provide investment advice or trade execution.

• Past performance is not indicative of future results.

• You are solely responsible for your trades, account risk, and decision-making.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

• SentinelALGO and Aphexion OÜ are not liable for losses, missed signals, trading errors, or third-party outages.

• Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 90 days.

 

9. Termination & Access Revocation

• Access may be terminated for breach of license terms, abuse, non-payment, or suspicious activity.

• Upon cancellation or termination, all TradingView access will be revoked without further notice.

 

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
